“Slow Flow Yoga” is a meditative flow that practices slowing down by using our breath, holding postures with ease and transitioning smoothly with grace from one pose to the next. Participants will also be guided through a variety of yogic meditative techniques while encouraging centering and connecting with nature – ourselves.
This 4 part series (August 4 – 25) will progress week to week by gradually building on beginner friendly yoga poses and cultivating meditation awareness. Led by certified yoga instructor, Marysue Baker.
