Fridays @ the Library: Full S.T.E.A.M. Ahead!


Every Friday in May is dedicated to exploring science, technology, engineering, art and math. We will learn and create together! Friday, May 22nd is Arts Day! Practice the math concepts of geometry and spatial relationships while using your art skills to make ORIGAMI! Ages 3-5 at 1-2pm. Kindergarten – 4th grade at 3:30-4:30pm.

SciFi/Fantasy Book Club

April 27 @ 1:00 Think Stephan King’s books are only for a good scare? The Gunslinger is the opening salvo in King’s epic fantasy series The Dark Tower. King weaves elements of several genres, including Western, Suspense, and (of course) Fantasy, to pull of this gritty dystopian tale set in the sunset age of a proud civilization. Monday, May 18 @ 1:00 PM, we will read the Goodreads Choice Award 2014 winner The Book of Life by Deborah Harkness. June’s book: Ready Player One by Ernest Cline.
