Be a part of the first meeting of our new quarterly book club! Tell us everything you love and hate about that book to movie conversion! We’ll watch the movie, compare and contrast it to the book, and eat pizza. March title:  The Hunger Games  by Suzanne Collins

Help decide what teen programs are offered at the library! Grades 7-12 Come to our monthly meeting to talk about what YOU would like to do at the library. Get involved in putting on programs, organizing service projects, talking about books, meeting excellent study buddies, and of course, eating lots of snacks!! P.S.  If you need service hours this is a great opportunity!

Volunteen Saturday March 18 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

  Do you need service hours? Here is your chance to get them! The library is hosting a volunteer event on the 3rd Saturday of every month for our teenage patrons. Come for as little or as long as you like and help us get ready for the following month while you rack up some needed service hours!

Like books and basketball? Fill out a book bracket with your picks for favorite book and turn it in by March 10.

Then, vote on your favorites and follow the results as they’re posted on the bulletin board in the children’s area.

Collect points for correct guesses and win prizes!

Bracket can be picked up at the front desk or printed online.  All ages can play!!

Maker Monday: Every Monday 4:00 – 7:00 pm

LEGO Club joins Maker Monday on March 13 at 4:00 Work by yourself of in teams to meet the monthly challenge! Learn about all things Maker Space!  Every Monday our sewing machines, embroidery machine, MaKey MaKey kits, and Mario Maker will be available to use.  Discover the 3D printer and create on TinkerCAD. Open to all ages!!!

Minecraft Club: Tuesday, March 28 @ 3:30pm

Kids and teens from the community meet and learn how to play and share their expertise with their peers! If you have your own copy of Minecraft bring in your laptop and join in the fun!
