Meet with representatives from Peoria County for Birth to Five Illinois, a new statewide program focused on elevating family voice when it comes to Early Childhood Education and Care service and funding decisions. This organization is connecting with families all over the county in an effort to gather their stories regarding child care, preschool, Early Intervention, or other ECEC program struggles and successes. Birth to Five Illinois will then take this information and use it to make recommendations to the state level in an effort to provide program expansion and funding increases at the local level.
