Join local micro bakery owner, Ami Kocher, for this in-person program as she brings her allergy friendly mad science lab to the Library for Celiac Awareness Month.  She will discuss some of the techniques she uses for her business, Spooky’s Culinary Curiousities,along with demonstrations of ingredients and techniques AND samples of her famous chocolate chip boo-kie.
