Learn the basics of the ancient Chinese practice of Tai Chi from Master Jack Sun. Tai Chi is easy to learn, suitable for all ages, and can help relieve stress and relax the body. Weather permitting, we'll meet outside on the Library lawn. Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. For all ages!
Stop in for FREE blood pressure, cholesterol, blood glucose, and pulse oximetry screenings. An 8-12 hour fast is required for the cholesterol/ blood glucose portion of the screening. It is also recommended to drink 16 ounces of water or more before your stop. Please take medications as prescribed. Program offered by Carle Health.
